Our customers asked us to produce a cartridge delivered Rodding Adhesive, specifically designed for embedding re-enforcement rods in Natural Stone and Marble. In consultation with North Americas leading stone fabricators, Integra invested 18 months of development work to produce “Rodding Compound 1A”.

“Rodding Compound 1A”, Integra’s newest product, provides a fast curing, low waste, labor saving adhesive for embedding rods in Granite, Marble and Engineered Stone countertops.
Rodding Compound key features:

   * Reinforcement rods have been shown to increase Natural Stones ability to support a load by as much as 300%.
   * Our fast cure formula speeds assembly operation and the convenient cartridge system dramatically reduces waste and fabrication labor when compared to typical A/B epoxies.
   * Dispenses clear and turns white as it cures, visually signaling when the cure is complete and the project is ready to be further processed.
   * New Formula provides a hard, easy to grind surface that does not plug diamond grinding wheels.
   * Rodding Compound is conveniently packaged in the same cartridge as our E-Stone and Solid Surface adhesive, no need to buy a separate dispenser.
   * High bond strength to stone, marble, quartz surfaces and both Steel and Fiberglass reinforcing rods.
